Hannah Burmanje manages the extensive research programme at Dublin Airport, generating insight for the wider DAA organisation to support key strategic decision making in aviation business development, strategy, operations and commercial. Her role involves keeping the DAA abreast of wider consumer trends, behavioural shifts, and having an intimate knowledge of passenger behaviour and usage of the airport. Through the Customer satisfaction programme, Hannah manages the CX and passenger journeys of Dublin Airport, ensuring an excellent passenger experience
In Dublin Airport since 2018, she has a background in qualitative and quantitative research, and has experience conducting broad consumer research programmes in FMCG, telecoms and governmental organisation, including clients like Lidl, P&G, Unilever, Bord Bia.

Gerry has recently departed Merx Aviation Finance and will take up the role of Chief Commercial Officer for China Aircraft Leasing Company - CALC (excl. China) on the 1st June 2022. He is also a past President of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT). Gerry began his aviation finance career in 2002 with Royal Bank of Scotland working in Dublin, New York and London in a variety of roles including risk and origination. He then moved to Apollo Aviation (now Carlyle Aviation Partners) to establish their presence outside of the US and build out the investment platform before carrying out a similar role at Merx Aviation Finance. Gerry is a graduate of UCD and has completed the Executive Management course at Harvard Business School.

Colm has over 20 years’ experience working in account management and business development within the travel and hospitality industry. Colm has spent the last 10 years with Hotelbeds, where he currently works as Head of Regional Chain Partners APAC. Hotelbeds is the world's largest global wholesaler, providing hotels & resorts distribution access to a network of over 60,000 B2B travel buyers such as tour operators, retail travel agents, airlines, and loyalty schemes in over 140 markets. Prior to his current role, Colm has held several senior commercial leadership roles with Hotelbeds, including Regional Sourcing Director South Asia based out of Singapore, leading teams across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore and prior to that Regional Sourcing Director for East Asia based out of Hong Kong, where he lived for 7 years, overseeing teams in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong & Taiwan.

Gary joined the Aviation insurance industry in 2001 and Aon in Singapore in 2009 following a posting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Since then Gary has been responsible for leading Aon’s regional Aviation industry specialty working closely with our global aviation leaders within Aon.
Before joining Aon in 2009, Gary worked from 2006 for Colemont Insurance Brokers as an Associate Director, playing an important role in developing their Aviation division.
He started his career in insurance with Heath Lambert as an Aerospace placing broker, prior to which he was studying International Banking and Insurance in Japan.
In 2017, Gary was elected to the position of Vice-Chairman of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) a non-profit organisation that seeks to promote and provide a platform for communication & awareness of Business Aviation’s contribution to the regional economies in Asia.This was for a two year period and Gary remains actively involved in the association, with particular focus on the association’s Discovery education initiative.
In 2019, Gary was invited to join the Asia Advisory Board of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
