Indulge in an Irish-themed menu featuring the finest ingredients at Muddy Murphy's:
Irish Smoked Salmon Tartare: Finely chopped smoked salmon with capers, red onions, and dill, served with horseradish cream sauce and homemade brown bread crostini.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin: Bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin stuffed with black pudding and apples, accompanied by whiskey cream sauce and champ (mashed potatoes with scallions).
Basque Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake: A smooth creamy burnt cheesecake with Baileys Irish Cream custard served with with a chocolate drizzle and seasonal berries.
Payment will be made directly to Muddy Murphy's on the day of the event.
As part of The Ireland Funds Singapore's Sense of Ireland initiative, 10% of the set menu cost will be donated to support their beneficiaries in Singapore.
