The Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore (ICCS) invites applications for its upcoming Professional Mentoring Program – "Confident Communication" – a personalised coaching program focused on: 

• developing public speaking
• presentation and pitching skills
• increasing confidence regardless of stakeholder or forum
• managing presentation/ interview anxiety
• communicating with impact
• establishing credibility and 
• handling questions.

The program will be delivered over 4 sessions between March and June 2023 ( two of which will be held in person in the mornings of Thursday, 23rd of March 2023 and Tuesday, the 18th of April 2023 ) and will be facilitated by Gina Marescia, of Catalyst Consulting Ltd, an accomplished leadership consultant, master coach, mentor, author and keynote speaker. Gina has over 28 years business experience in talent development, 24 of those in Asia. 

Registration for this program closes midday on the Tuesday, 28th February 2023.  The program is supported by ICCS and the Irish Government Emigrant Support Program. Places are limited and are on a first come first served basis.

ICCS Professional Mentoring Program – "Confident Communication" 

The outline of the program is as follows: 

Session 1 & 2: Two integrated sessions (approx. 90 mins) held in the early mornings of the Thursday, 23rd of March and Tuesday, 18th of April. 

Session 3: Team Led Meetings (April/May): The group will be broken into a 4-person Mentor working groups for self-guided learning.. They are supported with a process, tools, many development exercises in a book that can be self-guided or used within the team. The working group will be designed to have a diversity of experience and age with the goal to support inspire and mentor each other as well as deepen relationships in the Chamber.  

Session 4: In May/June, each participant gets to do a mini pitch or presentation to Gina on Zoom to put into practice the techniques developed in the previous sessions. The session allows the groups to practice, be supported, and measure program progress. This will include: 

• Briefing on Process for Observation & CABI Feedback
• Pitch Presentations (5 mins each)
• Feedback based on individual goals 
• Sustaining My Ongoing Development 
• Tips, Themes, Resources & Close
• Take-aways & Close
