Join us on the 12th of January at 8.30 a.m. for the Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore's January Friday Breakfast.  Our 'Spotlight series' this month will be focusing on "How to kick-start your health". For this panel discussion, we are delighted to have three medically trained professionals who will share their knowledge, insights, and tips to help you become a healthier you in the new year who are as follows: 

• Dr. Michael MacDonald, Senior Consultant Cardiologist from The Harley Street Heart & Vascular Centre, who will be speaking about "How to avoid a heart attack". He will provide information on the warning signs, along with simple tips on prevention.
• Dr. Gavin O'Neill, Co-Founder & Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon from Altius Clinic specialising in hip and knee conditions. He will be speaking on the topic of "No Pain, No Gain – Working out with joint pain".
• Mr. Jack Allen, Co-Founder & Senior Physiotherapist from Physio 101, who will be speaking about preventative physio strategies and the role of physio in acute injury management.  

Our regular breakfast series provides a relaxed environment to build new connections. Not a fan of networking but want to meet new people? Not a problem! Members can invite one new guest to attend. We'll also make sure someone from the Chamber is on hand to make some introductions.
