Event Details

This pandemic has pushed us all in some way or another. Perhaps, the most obvious impact of COVID-19 on the labour force is the dramatic increase in employees working remotely.

One of the key learnings from the past 18 months has to be how crucial empathy has become within the workplace. Empathy has always been a critical skill for leaders, but it is taking on a new level of meaning and priority. We always knew demonstrating empathy is positive for people, but new research demonstrates its importance for everything from innovation to retention.

We would like to invite you to share about how you have managed the stress and anxiety of this new hybrid working world, how you have integrated empathy in your communications and daily interactions with your employees or your clients and the coping mechanisms you have developed.

With roundtable discussions facilitated by Psychotherapists from Incontact Counselling & Training, let's hear how others have coped and learn interactively how we can strengthen our own understanding.

Event Date : Wednesday, 27th October 2021

Event Time: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. (SGT)

Venue: Online via Zoom.

Places are limited and offered to Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore members, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
