The Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore (ICCS) invites applications for its upcoming program From Presence to Influence: Mastering Executive Leadership. Develop the essential aspects of credibility and charisma crucial for senior leaders. This dynamic seminar series will help you enhance your presence, communication, and cultural awareness to excel as a leader. 

This three-part personalised coaching program will focus on:

• Building gravitas, authority, and confidence for executive leaders
• Cultural awareness in leadership, with focus on leading in Asia
• Pivoting from operational management to strategic leadership
• Persuasion & negotiation (BATNA)
• Pitching to win

The program is open to our ICCS members and the fee to take part is $120 per person.

The program will be delivered over two 2-hour seminars on 18th February 2025 and 4th March 2025. There is an optional separate day available for a Coaching Session on 22nd March 2025, where participants can receive personalised feedback to participants on specific leadership challenges or their pitch communication strategies (in 15-minute time slots). This program will be facilitated by Mark Cosgrove, of PROAKTIV® Management Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Mark Cosgrove is an accomplished soft skills trainer who works with organisations to drive business excellence at all levels. Mark is an expert at developing and leading training that help firms grow business; and grow leaders. As a Master Trainer, specialising in experiential training and coaching, Mark has delivered training that drives employee and leader engagement. Working in APAC for 16 years, Mark has worked with the major industries who make these hubs their home base, delivering thousands of hours of Communications, Leadership, Sales and Human Relations Training. Mark's work with top leaders and those on the path to leadership advancement has emphasised the critical elements of credibility, charisma, and relationship building, which are essential at a senior level.

Registration for this program closes midday on 5th February 2025.  The program is supported by ICCS. Places are limited and are on a first come first served basis.

The outline of the program is as follows:

Session 1: Presence with Purpose: Lead, Influence, Inspire

Session 2: Influence in Action: Persuade, Negotiate, Close

Session 3: Coaching Session

15-minute individual coaching sessions where participants can either present a pitch or seek advice on a particular leadership issue – in person, or online.
