Join us on Friday, 14th of February at 8.00 a.m. for the Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore's February Friday Breakfast to celebrate St. Brigid's Day 2025. This year, we honour the achievements of Irish women by welcoming the esteemed Dr. Emma Howard, Economist, Lecturer at TU Dublin, and Chair of the Irish Society for Women in Economics.
Dr. Howard will explore "The Importance of Diversity in Addressing Global Economic Challenges", a topic that resonates deeply in today's interconnected world. In her keynote, she will discuss how fostering diversity โ across gender, culture, and perspective โ is not just an ethical imperative but a key driver of economic innovation, resilience, and growth. Drawing on her expertise, Dr. Howard will highlight real-world examples and the vital role of inclusive policies in shaping sustainable, equitable economies.
This breakfast event is a chance to engage with thought-provoking insights, connect with like-minded professionals, and celebrate the enduring legacy of St. Brigid as a symbol of empowerment.
Our regular breakfast series provides a relaxed environment to build new connections over light refreshments. Not a fan of networking but want to meet new people? Not a problem! Members can invite one new guest to attend. We'll also make sure someone from the Chamber is on hand to make some introductions.
We'd love to hear from you so drop us a line to support@irishchamber.org.sg.
