As organisations around the world recalibrate their workplace needs in the aftermath of the global pandemic, the prevailing drive towards 'Return-to-Office' (or 'RTO') presents business leaders with an unprecedented opportunity to formulate a new workplace paradigm. In light of the growing tension between remote and in-person work-styles, the rise of AI, and the very purpose of 'the office' being questioned – we are at risk of losing the 'connectedness' that every organisational culture needs to thrive. At a global summit recently held in Singapore, over 700 corporate real estate and workplace leaders gathered to discuss these challenges.
